We will normally ship out orders within 24 hours of receipt unless we have a backorder. In case of a backorder we will notify you of expected shipping date. At ths time you will be given the option of cancellation or fulfillment of order.

Our goal is to meet our customers expectations. If you are unhappy with any of our merchandise, we will gladly refund payment upon return of that product. Unfortunately, personalized products are not refundable, so please choose wisely.

Personalize a fleece jacket, vest and/or blanket with your favorite "buddy". Images measure approximately 6 in. x 6 in. We can embroider the breed name within the silhouette of the dog or cat and/ or we can personalize it with the actual name of your buddy.
